Shipping & Delivery Policy for MovaDockLTD

Shipment Responsibility

MovaDockLTD is not responsible for delays or delivery issues once a package has left our warehouse and is with the courier. Due to current safety measures, couriers no longer require signatures upon delivery.

If a package is marked as delivered according to the tracking information but cannot be retrieved at the shipping address, MovaDockLTD does not claim responsibility for the loss. We do not replace or refund orders once confirmed as delivered by the courier. In such cases, we recommend contacting the courier directly for resolution.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and select holidays.
  • Orders take approximately 3-5 business days to process.
  • Once shipped, an email with your tracking number will be sent.
  • Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping destination and courier service used.

Signature Requirement

All packages are shipped with a signature requirement. Please provide an address where someone can sign for the package. If no one is available, the courier may return the package to our warehouse.

United States & Canada Orders

Orders are shipped from our warehouse via UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post.

  • UPS will attempt delivery up to 3 times; after the third unsuccessful attempt, the package is returned to us.
  • A notice card will be left at the delivery address for pickup.
  • UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes; a residential or business address is recommended.
  • For returns due to unsuccessful delivery, contact us at ProchakRosene9901@outlook.com.

European Orders

Shipped from our EU warehouse via DPD, PostNL, or UPS.

International Orders

Shipped via UPS or FedEx. Delivery may take 2-3 weeks depending on customs processes and destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier transit.

Australia Orders

Shipped from our AU warehouse via STARTRACK or UPS.

Duties & Customs Fees

Import duties and customs fees are charged when the package arrives in the destination country. These are paid by the recipient and are beyond our control. Contact your local customs office for information about applicable duties.

  • We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid). You will be responsible for any additional charges before receiving your order.
  • Please check with your local customs office to understand potential fees before ordering.

Wrong Address & Order Cancellation

  • Ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. Contact us immediately at ProchakRosene9901@outlook.com if there is an error.
  • Address changes after shipment are not guaranteed and depend on courier acceptance.
  • To cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible at the above email. If too late, you may need to return the order after its arrival.
  • Orders placed without a registered account will not appear in your dashboard, but you will receive tracking notifications regardless.
